Paris Food Pick-Up

While Paris waits for restrictions to be eased and restaurants to reopen, some click and collect offers are making the wait very delicious.

Talented chef Amaury Bouhours is bringing the fine dining experience of Le Meurice hotel straight to your dining room with a new spring menu. Available for pick-up or delivery, the 3-course menu includes 3 entrées, mains and desserts to choose from, which include a soft boiled egg sitting on a bed of grilled lettuce, white asparagus drizzled with wholegrain mustard, artichoke served with rice and shiitake mushrooms, and a Big Brest, pastry chef Cédric Grolet's take on the traditional pastry, Paris-Brest.

Another great chef bringing his fine dining flare to your home is Yannick Alléno who has created two menus inspired by his Michelin-starred restaurant FRE at Réva Resort in Monforte d'Alba, which you can pick-up or ask to be delivered from his Pavillon Ledoyen restaurant in the French capital. The degustation menu not only includes delicious dishes such as homemade tagliolini tossed in sage butter, but the 6-course meal comes with a bottle of wine to be enjoyed with your lunch or dinner order.

For a taste of Thailand take your taste buds on a culinary voyage with Street Bangkok, a group of 8 restaurants offering authentic Thai street food in Paris, with all the branches delivering or open for pick-up. On the menu you will find chicken satay marinated in coconut milk, smoked barbecue ribs and traditional curries and noodles, all to be savoured and washed down with Thailand's most popular beer, Singha.

Lebanese street food is also getting the click and collect treatment courtesy of Alan Geaam's new restaurant Sâj. The French-Lebanese chef has put the spotlight on Lebanon's traditional take-away sandwiches and wrapped them up for your pleasure. The star of the sandwiches is the saj bread, a very thin flatbread that is cooked on a dome grill, which is then filled with yummy fillings such as halloumi cheese, chicken and zaatar. The menu also offers side dishes to enjoy with your sandwiches such as hommus and tabouli.

For a Peruvian twist to your lunch or dinner Manko is finally delivering via Uber Eats its signature dishes. Wok-tossed beef marinated in soy sauce, coriander and onion, crispy chicken served with udon noodles, ceviche and vegetarian fried rice and quinoa topped with a medley of vegetables are all on the menu. And to really feel like you are getting the Manko treatment, you can also order drinks from their cocktail selection.

And for the ultimate cheat meal, vegetarian-style, Green & Wild will deliver direct to you a smorgasbord of vegetarian junk food. From loaded fries to wraps, from cheeseburgers to fried nuggets, everything here on the menu is vegetarian and oozing with delicious naughtiness.
