We usually like our Parmesan cheese on our yummy Italian pasta but we're now obsessed with sprinkling it on our favourite cocktail, espresso martini.
The viral cocktail is tantalising our tastebuds with sweet and salty notes that are adding newness to a classic happy hour favourite.

What you need:
30 ml vodka
60 ml Little Drippa
20 ml coffee liqueur
5 ml sugar syrup
Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
Pour vodka and coffee liqueur in a cocktail shaker, add Little Drippa and ice, shake until chilled and fully mixed then pour into a martini glass. Grate fresh Parmesan on top and toast your new mixology skills!
