This November Stretch Club is raising funds for the Movember Foundation one stretch at a time.

Melbourne's Stretch Club invites you to get stretching for a good cause. The club, which focusses on stretching, leading you into a more flexible and nimble state, is bringing mobility and Movember together. During the month of November, Stretch Club will be raising funds with all class revenue from Friday classes being donated to Movember and if you join Stretch Club this month, the club will match your first month's fee and also donate it to the Movember Foundation, and gentlemen, whether you're new or returning to Stretch Club, your first class in November is on the house! We think this is a wonderful, and healthy way to get into the Movember spirit and perhaps a great way to get stretching. According to research, we lose around 10% of our mobility every decade and what Stretch Club aims to do is simply increase our range of motion, no meditating, no cardio sweat, the 30-minute classes, which are held in the studio and online, are all about reducing tension and helping people move better, which in turn also reduces the risk of injury, so get stretching.
