One of our favourite hotels in Paris, The Hoxton, has unveiled La Piscine just in time for the European summer. In the hotel's courtyard, where we love a chilled spritz, is where you will find the ephemeral plunge pool, bringing a touch of the French Riviera to the heart of the city. La Piscine is open from Wednesday to Sunday, through to September, and you can claim your chaise lounge for 3 hours or longer with a fee charged for every extra hour. With limited space be sure to book in advance. Who would have thought that in the second arrondissement of Paris you can cool off by dipping your toe in turquoise water with a frozen cocktail in hand?!
