This summer the plush hotel has partnered up with Belvedere Vodka for its seasonal signature cocktails, creating four original mixes that will have you sipping with joy in the bar's patio. Until the 30th of September you can try the Sakura Blossom cocktail mixed with Belvedere Heritage 176, Campari, cherry blossom syrup and lemon juice, or perhaps the Bellavue, an elegant drink made with vodka, Chambord, rose syrup and bitters is more your speed. The cocktail menu is perfectly married to a tapas offering created by famous chef Thierry Marx, who has put together a menu that borrows from different cuisines and includes dumplings, fried prawns, and a Lebanese mezze platter with falafel, kibbeh and hommus.
