France is known for its art, culture and pastries, and when these worlds collide the result is simply beautiful. An exciting collaboration that has achieved just that is pastry chef François Daubinet and artist Hopare coming together to create what is undoubtedly one of the most exquisite edible works of art ever created. Fragment, the fruit of the collaboration, is a limited edition dessert that sees Hopare create a sculpture from chocolate alongside Daubinet who fills the creation with a moist roasted peanut cake, caramel sauce, vanilla crème brûlée and chocolate mousse, and together unveiling a heavenly dessert. Fragment can only be ordered online until the 31st of October and is packaged in a numbered box featuring an original artwork by Hopare.
