Pride on a plate, or rather in a bowl, sees Japanese salad bar Fishbowl celebrate World Pride with a limited edition salad that is not only delicious but also helps support a great cause.
Fishbowl is celebrating World Pride with a delicious bowl that is making our mouth water. The Japanese salad bar has created the Rainbowl, a delicious salad made up with colourful ingredients to recreate the rainbow flag. Chicken or tofu, kale, carrot, radish, cabbage and wasabi peas drizzled with a roasted sesame dressing have turned the flag into an edible celebration for our tastebuds. The Rainbowl is available only until the 5th of March and $1 from every bowl sold will be donated to Mind Out, a LGBTQIA+ mental health program that offers support to the community as well as helping to improve mental health and reduce suicide. The Rainbowl is a thoughtful way to help a great cause while enjoying a healthy lunch or dinner.
