One of New York's favourite haunts has opened up in Melbourne and it's bringing its cocktail culture straight to Flinders Lane in the heart of the CBD. Death & Co is known for its curated cocktail menu, and in Melbourne's bar you can taste the popular mixes that include Telegraph, inspired by a gin martini, this variation combines pear, eucalyptus, pine and juniper for an alpine fruit in a glass, while the Sound & Fury mixes raspberry and red capsicum for a sweet and spicy Margarita. The bar is sprawled over two levels, the Ground Floor and the Cellar Bar, and offers a snacking menu to pair deliciously with the cocktails, including cheeseburgers, tempura vegetables and a pintxo platter. The bar is open from 4pm daily.
