The Ritz Paris has just unveiled its summer garden bar and it is where elegance meets fun, and where summer in Paris awaits with chilled cocktails and a fancy barbecue.

The sun is coming out to play in Paris and the Ritz is ready to host in style with the 2026 season of the Ritz Bar. Nestled in the plush hotel's tranquil garden, the ephemeral bar is where you go for elegance and fun when in the French capital. The seasonal menu of cocktails created by Romain de Courcy is blooming with drinks inspired by the most beautiful gardens around the world. Un Jardin au Ritz bursts with notes of magnolia and vanilla while Un Jardin à Casablanca is a bubbly affair with champagne and almonds and Un Jardin Anglais is a British afternoon tea moment filled with cucumber and mint. For the less adventurous when it comes to cocktail hour, the menu also includes the classics including Negroni, Saint-Germain Spritz and Dry Martini, champagne and wine. For anyone who loves a barbecue, every Friday and Saturday the bar will host a barbecue, but of course this is no ordinary BBQ, here the grill will be cooking prawns and lobster. The ephemeral Ritz Bar will be open until September 12, Tuesday to Saturday from 3pm to 10pm with last orders taken at 9pm, and August in Paris is never incomplete without an annoying closure with time off during the summer month an untouchable and non-negotiable for Parisians, so please note when planning your visit that the bar will be closed from August 9 to 24.
