MGallery hotels around the world are celebrating World Cocktail Months through to August 31 with creative cocktails made with Citadelle Gin Original and served in gorgeous glassware by designer French interior designer, Sarah Lavoine. Three cocktails have been created and include the Crystal Diva, Timeless Negrone and Honey 75, and are served with delicious bites to heighten the delightful experience. Bite into a potato rosti topped with lemon crème fraiche and auruga caviar to complement the Honey 75 that is mixed with olive oil, honey syrup, verjus, champagne and of course Citadelle Gin, or perhaps snack on a Morton Bay bug roll served in brioche bread and drizzled with sriracha aioli to enjoy with the Crystal Diva, which mixes gin, sherry, and jasmine and lemongrass cordial. The 3-cocktail menu also offers non-alcoholic variations of each drink, including everyone in the cocktail hour experience.
