Sip in Style with Baileys and Toby's Estate's Afternoon Delight

This weekend Baileys is flipping the script on our afternoon coffee break and has created a very limited edition cocktail menu with Toby's Estate in Melbourne.

Melbourne is known for its coffee culture and this weekend Baileys is turning our afternoon coffee break into a decadent event with the Baileys Afternoon Flip. The creamy liqueur label has teamed up with Toby's Estate in Fitzroy for a Baileys-infused pop-up, serving a delightful menu of coffee cocktails. The dessert-like cocktails combine the creamy liqueur and specialty coffee to create delicious drinks such as the Melbourne Magic Espresso Martini, Sydney Iced Latte and Baileys Caramel Coffee. The pop-up menu is available this weekend only, December 13 and 14, from 2pm to 5pm.

Just in case you can't make it to Toby's Estate this weekend but you can't stop thinking of the creamy cocktails you may want to try mixing this at home...

50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream

1-2 shots of cold espresso

15ml salted caramel syrup

Caramel syrup to garnish

Ice

Drizzle some salted caramel sauce around the rim of a martini glass, add the ice to your cocktail shaker then add the Baileys, espresso and syrup. Shake your little heart out before pouring it into your glass. Enjoy!
