Happy Hour just got a whole lot happier with Cha Ching's new Happy Hour offering. The Asian fusion restaurant on Flinders Lane in Melbourne is where you can enjoy $15 cocktails and $2 oysters, creating the perfect excuse to leave work early, on time or to make your way into the city for a midweek catch-up with friends. The offer is available from Monday to Friday, from 4pm to 6pm, with the new Cha Ching menu serving appetising dishes to keep you there for dinner as well. Start your evening with one of the elaborate cocktails on the menu, we loved the Bubble Gum that is served with an irresistible bubble just waiting to be popped, then share freshly shucked oysters before treating your appetite to bao buns, spring rolls and dumplings. The menu has been designed to share with generous servings inviting you to try different dishes such as truffled fried rice, wagyu beef char kway teow and Thai coconut red curry, with many dishes available in vegan options, substituting meats for tofu.
