Lobster & Prosecco

Chef Denny Imbroisi invites you to his bistro in Paris for a taste of Italy with sparkling wine and lobster waiting to seduce your senses.

In a bistro setting straight out from the 30s, chef Denny Imbroisi has created a convivial address where you are invited to sip on Prosecco and sample great Italian cuisine right in the heart of Paris. Epoca is a feast for the eyes as well as the mouth with dishes beautifully presented and generously served. Creamy burrata served on a bed of heirloom tomatoes, veal Milanese sprinkled with cherry tomatoes, rocket and shavings of parmesan cheese, and ricotta and spinach ravioli tossed in sage butter sauce are only some of the dishes that will have anyone in foodie heaven. The dish not to be missed though is the chef's signature main, Linguine Di Angelo, linguini pasta cooked in a seafood bisque and served with bottarga and blue lobster from Brittany, treating taste buds to a symphony of flavour. If possible do leave room for dessert, the house's secret recipe tiramisu is said to be so good that it is difficult to share.
