See a colour, any colour, and Chanel will scan its lipstick library to find the perfect match for you. If you have ever seen a colour and wanted its interpretation as a lipstick or seen someone wear a lipstick colour, in real life or in a magazine, and wanted the same shade, Chanel's new Lipscanner app will answer all your lipstick prayers. The innovative app, free to download from the Apple App Store, lets you simply scan any photo, be it of a face or even a bag, and it will detect the colour you desire and match it to one of the French house's library of over 400 lip products, from lipsticks to glosses, matte to glossy. Once the product is detected you can then try it on before buying it using the Virtual Try On feature on the app, making shopping for your new favourite lipstick so much easier.
