Easter treats for grown-ups are finding their way to our dessert table courtesy of Tokyo Lamington bakery and its collaboration with Benriach Whisky. The Melbourne and Sydney branches of the bakery are where you will find the limited edition delights, which include the Scotch Cross Bun and the Scotch Caramel Easter Lamington. The hot cross bun is made with fruit infused with Benriach The Original Ten and finished with a Scotch glaze while the lamington is a chocolate sponge cake with a thick and creamy whisky caramel centre. Melburnians and Sydneysiders can get their hands on the whisky-infused sweets until April 6.
