Lebanese Fusion

Paris is home to many great restaurants but there is only one great table that celebrates the zesty flavours of Lebanon.

In a quiet street in the affluent 16th arrondissement of the French capital is where foodies can find one of the best fine dining restaurants in the city. Talented chef Alan Geaam's eponymous restaurant is a wonderful culinary experience where the menu changes on a regular basis but which always celebrates the chef's Lebanese background. The Michelin-starred eatery beautifully brings the lively spices of Lebanon to the delicacy of French cuisine, bringing to the table surprising and flavoursome dishes. Diners can choose from indulging in a 3, 5 or a 7-course meal, with each elaborate creation treating both the eyes and the taste buds to a Middle Eastern fanfare. Forget simple bread and butter to start off your decadent meal, here a warm brioche roll is served with zaatar and olive oil, opening up your appetite to enjoy dishes that could include a deconstructed tabouli salad and falafel served with smoked eel. The presentation of each dish here is just as attractive as the food is delicious and the friendly service rounds up the experience perfectly.
