Who can resist cheese and delightful drops of wine? The Westin Melbourne has created the perfect high tea, High Cheese, celebrating the traditional tiered spread with a cheesy twist.

The Westin Melbourne has just unveiled its seasonal high tea and it is the ideal treat for cheese and wine lovers. The High Cheese high tea experience has been thoughtfully put together by Executive Chef Apoorva Kunte alongside Punt Road Wines and Supercheese, creating a delightful moment filled with artisanal cheese and wine pairings that will enhance every bite. High Cheese is available every Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm to 9.30pm at the hotel's Allegro Restaurant and includes fluffy, savoury scones, arancini balls filled with cheddar and the pièce de résistance would have to be the baked Camembert, creamy, gooey and drizzled with quince syrup. We love this alternative take on the traditional high tea, which equally makes for an elevated girl dinner.
