A favourite restaurant, on the outskirts of Paris, Polpo is transforming itself into Polpo Plage every weekend for the summer season until the 27th of September. Complete with sand and tiki umbrellas, the pop-up beach bar will take you to a beachside summer holiday without even leaving the city. Pop on your tiny shorts, grab your sunscreen and lie in the sun with a chilled rosé in hand while working on your golden tan as you look over the River Seine.
