Going Pink in October

The month of October marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and for the cause close to our hearts we have selected 8 great brands who are helping the fight against the disease.

Jewellery brand Balaboosté has designed a pair of earrings and a brooch especially for Pink October. All the proceeds of the dainty jewellery pieces designed in the form of a woman's silhouette will go the to Pink Ribbon organisation.

Another jewellery brand getting behind the cause is Les Georgettes. Famous for its cuff bracelets, Les Georgettes will be donating proceeds from the sale of their pink designs to Skin, an association that supports women who have been effected by breast cancer.

We Are Jolies, the lingerie brand, is teaming up with Rose Up, an association that promotes breast cancer screening and supports women that have been effected by breast cancer. Throughout the month of October We Are Jolies will be donating 30% of its profits to Rose Up to help raise awareness and the importance of early detection.

Beauty box Blissim has put together quite the gift bag for Pink October this year with everything from make-up to skincare to hearbal tea. Teaming up with the Pink Ribbon foundation, the proceeds of the bag will go directly to the foundation to continue raising awareness and help support breast cancer patients.

Origins is helping the Pink Ribbon organisation while keeping your skin hydrated with its special edition of its Drink Up Intensive overnight hydrating mask with proceeds of the mask going direct to the foundation.

Another beauty brand teaming up with the Pink Ribbon Foundation is nailmatic, with all proceeds from its Pure line of pink nail polish shades going to the organisation to help the fight against breast cancer.

Aveda is also giving a helping hand against the fight against breast cancer with proceeds from its limited edition Hand Relief hand cream going to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

And for an original, and delicious, way to support Pink October, Napoli Gang have created the Boob-rata. The delivery-only restaurant in Paris will donate proceeds of the creamy burrata cheese served with beetroot to Jeune & Rose, an association that helps young women touched by the disease.
