This year Tasting Australia invites you to not only to discover Australia by train but to also taste the culinary offerings of talented chefs, punctuating your travels with delicious dishes. Boarding in Darwin and travelling to Adelaide, The Ghan will be serving stunning views as well as menus created by renowned chefs including Michelin-starred Nieves Barragán Mohacho, Jo Barrett and Shannon Flemming. The three-night journey includes a day in Coober Pedy to explore the outback town, lunch at Simpsons Gap, dinner by the Alice Springs Telegraph Station and a bespoke Bollinger tasting and masterclass.
