Turn your bagel into a culinary affair with a delectable Si Si Bagel. Upmarket Petrossian House has teamed up with Si Si Bagels, transforming your on-the-go street food into a chic bite bursting with caviar. From June 10 to June 13, Petrossian's boutique on 144 rue de l'Université in Paris will be hosting a pop-up from where you can elevate your lunch break, and treat your tastebuds, to a wonderful dance of flavours. The menu is humble with only three bagels to choose from, try the Caviar Bagel, filled with cream cheese, fresh chives, egg yolk, cucumber, crushed hazelnut and caviar, this is without a doubt the crème de la crème of bagels. The menu also includes the Salmon Bagel with cream cheese, smoked salmon, red onions, cornichons and capers, and the more humble Egg & Cheese Bagel.
