Sarah and Emmanuel Murat have made many Parisians, expats and tourists very happy with the opening of Babka Zana in Paris. The new bakery is a window into the yummy world of babka, the traditional Jewish sweet braided bread that goes deliciously well with a hot cup of coffee in the morning or in the afternoon, or just a sweet treat at any time of day if you're in the mood for something soft and sweet like a cuddle for your tummy. The doughy delights are baked fresh every day, plaited with chocolate, pistachios, cinnamon or halva, and are a reason to never give up on gluten again!
