Paris's latest boutique hotel to seduce us with its charming presence is La Fantaisie. Nestled in the 9th arrondissement on Rue Cadet, within walking distance from Galeries Lafayette, the fashion capital's iconic department store, and Opéra Garnier, the hotel boasts 63 rooms and 10 suites. La Fantaisie also boasts its own private garden, a spa and a restaurant headed by Dominique Crenn, the only French chef to have been awarded three Michelin stars in the U.S. Our favourite feature though of the hotel is its rooftop bar. It is here you can enjoy a glass of French champagne or your favourite cocktail while taking in the view of Paris's iconic grey rooftops.
