The Yarra Valley is putting on a show this Sunday with an unexpected collaboration between a Vietnamese restaurant, a bakery and a winery.
This Sunday, the 21st of May, the Yarra Valley is turning into a foodie destination with New Quarter and Akimbo partnering with Fin Wines for a day of delightful degustation. Imagine a day in the rolling hills of the Yarra Valley with Neo-Vietnamese cuisine, freshly baked bread courtesy of Akimbo, and a crisp glass of wine. The foodie collaboration will be held at the Fin Wines vineyard, nestled in the hills of Dixons Creek, with bookings available for 11.30am, 12.30pm and 1.30pm. Entry is only $14 per person, and includes a glass of wine, with the à la carte menu featuring pine mushroom pâté, beef tartare and grilled lamb. This is a delightful way to spend your Sunday, and makes for a relaxed day date.
