A Champagne Pop-Up in Paris

Ruinart is opening its speakeasy pop-up bar in Paris for evenings of French champagne but you need to be quick as it is serving bubbly for ten days only.

Paris is popping some fancy champagne corks with Ruinart's new pop-up bar in the city's 3rd arrondissement. For ten days, from the 17th to the 27th of November, the house of Ruinart is bringing its fine bubbles all the way from Champagne to the French capital, serving its cuvées in the ephemeral space that has been transformed to take you to the house's cellars in Reims without ever leaving the city. The pop-up bar, Maison 1729, is designed like a speakeasy bar and is hidden behind a boutique on Rue de Turenne, accessed through a hidden door, it opens up to a magical world where only French champagne flows. Could there be a more posh way to spend an evening in Paris? You can reserve your spot at Maison 1729 for a simple drink at the bar, a champagne tasting, lunch, dinner or even brunch.
