Dubai is hosting a wonderful array of activities this month and to help you plan out your September we have rounded up the best things to do for your every mood.

Foodies are in for a treat this month with September declared Foodie Month by Marriott Bonvoy. Through to the 30thof September, the group’s hotels and restaurants are serving world food on a silver platter, offering you international flavours, from Italian fare to Mexican cuisine, to make your taste buds take a voyage without leaving Dubai.


If you are looking for a Zen moment with a view then The View at The Palm is your ideal rendezvous, especially for yogis. Every Tuesday and Friday morning, from 7am to 8am, The view hosts one-hour vinyasa yoga classes to help you start the day on a calm note and a feeling of being on top of the world courtesy of the stunning panoramic view offered by the observation deck. All you need is your mat and you are ready for your Sun Salutations from 240 metresabove Dubai’s skyline.


A night of live entertainment in Dubai with an injection of world-loved songs means one thing... Mamma Mia! The Dubai Opera is welcoming Mamma Mia! the musical to its stage with the popular show bringing to the audience an enchanting live version of the award-winning movie. Told through ABBA’s most iconic songs, Mamma Mia! tells the story of Donna, her daughter and her daughter’s three possible fathers. The musical, which has had worldwide success, will have you ride an emotional rollercoaster until the 25thof September with love, life and friendship explored through a story superbly told in song.


For more live entertainment don’t forget the Time Out Stage Presents weekly performances in Souk Al Bahar, with local bands showcasing their talents through until the 19thof October. Catch As Per Casper, Danny Aridi and more artists perform live on stage before enjoying dinner at one of the 17 eateries peppered around the venue.
