3 Dates We're Excited About

From racing cars to fashion shows, and World Burrito Day, check out the 3 things we can't wait to experience in Melbourne.

The Grand Prix is finally back in Melbourne after the pandemic forced the racing event to be cancelled two years running. Held from the 7th to the 10th of April, the Formula 1 event will take over Albert Park with the world's most famous drivers racing to win the coveted prize. The event will also be playing host to Melbourne restaurants, including Pinchy's and Wingsters, which will be serving up great snacks for foodie spectators.

Every day is a world something day and now the humble burrito is getting in on the trend with the 7th of April marking World Burrito Day. Enjoy the yummy Mexican dish all day with La Banderita's recipes including their breakfast burrito that you can easily make at home with ham, egg, guacamole, spinach and tomatoes, and with a dash of Tabasco and a squeeze of lime.

Melbourne's Block Arcade is turning into a runway on Friday the 8th of April with the National Trust of Australia and Vault vintage store putting together Lunchtime Runways. The fabulous fashion show will be held at 12 and 12.30pm, and will beautifully show off the vintage clothing presented at Vault, so fashion-lovers can see the pieces come alive before shopping in the chic boutique for the pre-loved pieces.
